Chill Out!.  An interactive seminar with the youth of the community designed to identify dangerous situations and how to deal with them.  The importance of understanding that exposure at sometime involving alcohol, drugs and sexual behaviours will happen and their reactions are important to ensure their own safety.

What to do in an emergency situation and understanding harm minimisation it the key to protecting the youth today.

'How to leave with your handbag'
And everything in it! - This fun, self protection seminar is for women of all ages, highlighting the potential dangers that exist in our society.  Some of these dangers include credit card fraud, drink spiking, handbag snatching, domestic violence and abuse.  This seminar explores various safety and communication skills to minimise the risk of being exposed to a dangerous incident or situation.
