To ensure we continue to meet client needs the following conditions apply to all services.

Costs:

  • As all seminars and packages are specifically tailored to the requirements of our clients all cost are determined by negotiation.
  • Deposit of $100 is payable on confirmation.
  • Payment of fees for all seminars must be received 7 days prior to the advertised seminar unless otherwise negotiated.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Seminars may only be cancelled 10 days prior due to insufficient registrations.
  • Cancellation fee of $100 applies to all cancellations.
  • No refunds within 5 days of the seminar date.
  • Any costs incurred for the 'customisation' of a seminar will be due if cancelled and not rescheduled.
