New Website Layout and Training!

Maintenance Start: Friday, 22nd December, 2023
It is here! Our new website and learning management system (LMS) is ready to go live! As part of our commitment to providing the very best learning environment our new LMS will provide the latest in learner engagement and teaching tools. This means that at the start of the New Year, all 2023 training will be outdated and the new 2024 courses will be available on the new LMS.
What this means for all current online users is you MUST complete all online training assigned or purchased on the website before the website goes into maintenance mode on Friday, the 22nd of December, 2023. This is because 2023 courses will no longer be supported on the new system.
As you can imagine it is a big task transferring data for 200,000 users from our existing LMS to our new LMS. As a result, our website will be down for the entire festive period spanning from Friday, 22nd December 2023 - Monday, 1st January 2024. You will not be able to access the website or any training during this period, so please note this down and where applicable advice staff that they cannot access any training over Christmas.
Security?? Just in case you’re wondering, we have engaged the very best in cyber security to ensure the transferring of data is completed under the strictest of guidelines and the new LMS has the very best security measures available.
What about my history of training? Don’t worry all your evidence of your hard work will not be lost!!! Your complete history of completed training and certificates will be available on the new system from the 2nd of January 2024.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause, but this transition is crucial as our new system is built on updated software, providing enhanced user engagement and interactivity.
